The Cerebral Palsy Foundation’s unique inclusion-focused corporate trainings focus on core concepts of disability, accessibility, and representation. Partnerships are available to create a customized offerings in either virtual or in-person formats.
There are 1 billion disabled people in the world. That’s 15% of the global population.
Among those 1 billion people, there is a $1 trillion dollar underemployed and underutilized market. Disability inclusion practices are the right thing to do and the right business decision to make. Our trainings set out to elevate, broaden and deepen this conversation. Change takes time, patience, commitment, and accountability. Our definition of an inclusive corporate community involves all stakeholders: employers, employees, families ,board members, and clients; all with and without disabilities.
